- Do you deliver?
- Yes, we deliver to most locations in the following cities on Vancouver Island including Duncan, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Parksville and Qualicum Beach.
There is a nominal fee for deliveries depending on the distance travelled and times are not guaranteed.
- When should I place my order?
- We do our very best to accommodate all requests, for best results we suggest you make sure you place an order within 30 days or more of your intended event to allow enough preparation time to meet your event.
We do regularly book up quickly but try our best to fit everyone in. A minimum of 2 weeks is highly recommended.
- Can I order online?
- Online ordering for donuts is launching now with the new site, other items will be orderable online as well very soon!
- Can you incorporate digital pictures?
- Yes, we currently are able to print photos on our cakes with food-friendly and edible colors. Quality results can vary here depending on the source image and colours.
- Do you ship?
- No, due to the nature of our custom-made cakes, at this stage we only support customers around the Nanaimo Regional District (Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Duncan).
- Are your cake decorations edible?
- Unless otherwise specified all decorations for most cakes are entirely edible, although many fondant decorations are better as décor then eating.
- How do I order?
- At this stage, please contact us directly via email or via Facebook messenger chat to provide the details and nature of your order.
We do our best to respond quickly and get your cakes booked!
- Are your products gluten-free?
- Our normal cakes are not gluten free and we encourage you to review our menu with general ingredients prior to placing an order.
Should you have special needs or requests like gluten or other allergies, please specify clearly when ordering and we will work with you to meet your requirememts. In this cases, please be sure to carefully read our Terms page as well.
